Chiropractic Services and Pricing

• New Patient: $95. Includes full medical history, examination and treatment.

  • Generally lasts about 45 minutes to an hour and there is no further obligation to pursue treatment once a diagnosis and treatment plan are developed.

• Standard Follow-up Adjustment: $50 per visit

  • A follow-up appointment generally lasts about 15 minutes.

• Under 18 Follow-up Adjustment: $45 per visit

  • A follow-up appointment generally lasts about 15 minutes.

• Add Cupping or NKT services to a Standard Follow-up Adjustment: $10

• RockTape application: $5 per visit

Senior Pricing (65 and older)

• New Senior Patient: $85

• Senior Standard Follow-up Adjustment: $40 per visit

Pre-Pay for Services

• Pre-Pay for 10 Standard Follow-up Adjustments: $450

• Pre-Pay for 10 Standard Follow-up Adjustments AND Cupping or NKT: $550

Flat-Rate Pricing

Peak Wellness and Chiropractic is an out of network office and as such, we offer flat rates for our services. This means that you pay for services up front. In many instances, our fees are less than your in-network insurance copay to visit a chiropractor.

If your health insurance covers chiropractic care, we can assist you by filling out the necessary paperwork for your insurance company either for reimbursements or to meet your deductible amounts. This includes FSA and HSA accounts.
